30-day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return your item after receiving it.

If you need to return an item, please contact us by email at service@misonvue.com.
You will first need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have no obvious signs of wear or use and be in its original packaging.

Since the overseas warehouse address for returns varies from customer to customer, please be sure to contact us and customer service will provide the exact return address.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.

Items returned without following the return instructions will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Items returned without following the return instructions will not be accepted.

Items must still have their tags and original protective film attached and be returned in their original packaging.

Items must have no obvious signs of wear or use.

If you do not contact customer service within the 30-day acceptance period, you will no longer be able to apply for a return after-sales service.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail your refund.
